Where do we ship?
We do ship orders to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, UK, and the USA.

What is the shipping cost?
• Delivery cost: €25-€40 (depends of products you choose)
• Free delivery on orders over €300
• Prices in $ and £ are converted based on the current exchange rate to .
• Shipping fees are calculated separately for each stock location.

Is delivery guaranteed?
Yes, all deliveries that follow the rules described on this page are guaranteed.

Lost or Seized Goods at Customs:
•  If your goods are lost or seized at customs during the first delivery, we will offer a free second shipment.
•  If your goods are lost or detained at customs during the second attempt, we will offer a third shipment at half price.

EU Domestic:
Re-shipping is available 42 days after the first shipment dispatch. Based on our 10 years of experience, most deliveries are completed within this time. If your package hasn't arrived within 42 days, it is unlikely to be delivered. However, we cannot offer re-shipping before this period, as there have been cases where packages arrived around day 40.

USA Domestic:
Re-shipping is available 21 days after the first shipment dispatch. Based on our 10 years of experience, most deliveries are completed within this time. If your package hasn't arrived within 21 days, it is unlikely to be delivered. However, we cannot offer re-shipping before this period, as there have been cases where packages arrived around day 20.

International warehouses: 
Re-shipping is available 42 days after the first shipment dispatch. Based on our 10 years of experience, most deliveries are completed within this time. If your package hasn't arrived within 42 days, it is unlikely to be delivered. However, we cannot offer re-shipping before this period, as there have been cases where packages arrived around day 40.

* For re-shipping, a new receiver's name and address are mandatory.

How long will it take to process my order?
• Delivery time depends on the destination country and the products you choose.
• Next to every product on our website, you can see the exact delivery time. This time includes the entire process, from the moment your payment is received and confirmed, including packing, picking, providing a tracking number and the delivery time itself. So, you can always be sure that you will receive your order within the specified time visible next to each product.
We strive to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, but delays may happen due to factors outside our control, such as high demand, customs, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
 
How will I know which shipping method will be used for my order?

Damaged Product during shipping - What to Do?
If your products are damaged, please provide the following:
1. Clear, detailed pictures of the packaging.
2. A picture showing the receiver's details (easy to read).
3. A high-quality photo of all ordered products in one picture (damaged and undamaged).
Once we receive the proof, we will arrange a reshipment or refund. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process the claim.

Is it legal to buy steroids?

How are bulk/large orders delivered?
For extra large orders that need to be split into multiple packages, you will reminded first, and after your confirmation you will receive a tracking number for each package. We will divide your order as needed to ensure all packages are delivered to your address safely.

Is a signature required to receive the parcel?
A signature is not required in most cases. However, depending on your country, the postal service may sometimes require it. If you're not home, they will leave a card or send a message to let you know to pick up the parcel at your local post office or to inform you about the next delivery attempt.

What if wrong products received?
If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct one for free. The wrong product must be returned unused and unopened. Please contact us for the return address and instructions on how to pack the products before returning.

Undelivered cause of incorrect or Incomplete Address?
If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete (e.g., missing flat number, incomplete receiver name, partial postal code, or typing errors) and the package is not delivered, we are not responsible for the delivery failure.
Please note, the our sender’s address is not real for safety reasons. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot receive it. The customer will be required to pay for re-shipment and provide the correct address.

Shipping to Access Points, PO Boxes, or Parcel-Pickup Locker:
We only ship to physical addresses, such as houses, flats, or physical stores with actual real physical receiver . Shipping to Access Points, PO Boxes, or Parcel-Pickup Lockers is not allowed without prior agreement. If an order is placed with one of these addresses without prior agreement, we cannot guarantee delivery.
